Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Channel Sales and Dealer Management : Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's dealer network and distribution channels. Recruit, train, and manage a team of dealers to achieve sales targets and market penetration. Monitor dealer performance, provide guidance, and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Client Relationship : Management: Build strong relationships with architects, fabricators, builders, designers, and tile dealers. Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective networking and client engagement. Provide product information, conduct presentations, and address customer queries to promote and sell our roofing tiles.
• Direct Project Sales : Identify upcoming hotel and resort construction projects in the region. Engage with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and developers. Present our roofing tile solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure project sales.
• Territory Management : Travel extensively across the designated state(s) to meet sales targets and achieve performance expectations. Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Prepare detailed sales reports, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
• A graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal communication skills).
• Proven sales experience in the building material industry.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel extensively within the designated state(s).
