Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Jaipur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a designated sales area, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, monitoring sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and providing feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
• Sales and business development skills (Tiles, sales, glass, architecture, building material, ceramics, project sale, slabs, laminates, plywood, sanitaryware and paints) industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the ceramics industry or related industry
• Knowledge of market trends and competition
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
