Candidates from “Retail Distribution Sales Channel” ( B to C ) are preferable. Looking for those who can be on the field, passionate about FIELD SALES and number achievement.
The job demands meeting businesses from high end right down to a street vendor. Its s unique ball game.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the Kolhapur area.
Therefore good communication skills & convincing power is a must
The candidate must know how to manage a team well and delegate work and achieve desired results.
The candidate must have a sound track record in regards to his performance as a cluster manger
Job Description:
➢ Responsible for the overall budget and strategy for the cluster assigned
➢ Manage the weekly performance reviews and promote a culture of learning and development.
➢ Responsible for daily beat planning and achievement.
➢ Review of daily beat working for Territory Officers & pick up boys.
➢ Generation of daily visit report & submit to Area manager post remark, if any.
➢ Daily reporting on Oil pickups.
➢ Daily meetings with TO & PB before starting market in order to understand & resolve any challenge faced
by team.
➢ Monitor key performance indicators and achieve continual improvement.
➢ Ensure the maximum oil pickup as per assigned monthly targets.
➢ Raise awareness on using UCO and promote Healthy campaign.
➢ Training to Pick Up boy & Territory managers on new campaign introduced.
➢ Achieving the targets for each month with specific planning and focus on new customer generation
➢ Relationship Management with existing customers to maintain business continuity
➢ Ensuring all registered outlets are visited in regular periodicity to enable conversion of inactive outlet
Requirement:
➢ Any Graduate/Post graduate/MBA
➢ 6+ yrs experience
➢ Good communication skill.
➢ Strong Ability to work with least supervision and motivational skills.
➢ Good knowledge of local market and territory
➢ Prefer candidate from Hotel supplies & FMCG
