Position - Area Sales Manager

Location - Kolkata

Division - Construction Chemical (Waterproofing)

Industry Preference / Experience - Building Material, Chemicals & Paint Industry.

Education - Graduate / Post-graduation in management is preferred.

Experience - Minimum 8 - 15 Years of Experience out of which should have min 04 yrs. team handling experience.

Professional from Construction Chemical (Waterproofing) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :
• Responsible for the primary sales of the Cluster/ Area.
• Planning and Executing the Field Marketing plan for the Linked Cluster/Area.
• Team Management, helping the team develop and manage the various stakeholders (users, dealers, distributors) by driving systematic modules and ensuring regular reviews.
• Share market insights on a regular basis with the Central HO team to develop cluster/ area level strategy.
• Developing / executing the sales strategy for the cluster based on market insights.
• One should be analytical and focused on execution of the strategy through team engagement.
