Job Specification/ Description Role:
In this role, the Area Sales Manager (ASM) - West Bengal, Odhisha, Bhira & Jharkhand will lead the Partner Channel business from these markets/states
Responsibilities:
• On Ground understanding of the markets of West Bengal, Odhisha, Bihar & Jharkhand
• Develop and maintain an efficient channel sales network to ensure comprehensive sales of company’s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets
• Conduct regular market visits improve the productivity of channel partners, and continuously search for newer opportunities in order to increase sales in the region
• Setting & driving the sales targets for KAMs under his/her team
• Collecting customer feedback and conduct regular market research
• Responsible for end customer product adoption, product renewals and growth of customers in the assigned territories
• Should be excellent in developing expertise on product/brands of the company & should be able to train the team and partners on the same
• Should be excellent partner as well as people manager
• Prior Experience of dealing with IT, B2B Software products will be an advantage

• Excellent Communication (proficient in Bengali language) & Negotiation Skills
• A high degree of strategic forward thinking
• Analytical skills to handle complex situations
• Taking the full responsibility for decisions and repercussions
• Amazing sense of urgency & attitude of getting things done when no one is watching
