We are looking for 'Area Sales Manager' with a minimum experience of 3-5 years in Book sales who can effectively assisted the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer’s acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company and also manage a team of 8 to 10 field sales executive.
Requirements:
• Must have 3-4 years of experience in any book publication sales.
• Must have good team handling and team building skills.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Prospecting and closing of sales.
