Responsibilities
Drive sales performance of UD Trucks to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, mix and profitability, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation
Provide commercial leadership and excellent relationship with partners
Develop and implement sales, product, pricing strategies, monitoring sales department performance against targets
Deliver the agreed and committed new trucks sales volume and profitability objectives for part of Latin America region
Interface with importers to develop and follow-up on annual business plan, sales and market forecasts
Develop and deploy sales, product, commercial and pricing strategies in cooperation with importers, HQ and finance, to secure UDT competitiveness across the markets
Keep excellent relationship with importers
Manage product offer for the assigned markets, securing the best specification for each application and raising new product requisites and change requests to HQ
Develop and execute marketing and communication plan with importers
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction, brand experience and partner engagement
Ensure efficient stock maintenance, optimizing the size of inventory both for wholesale and retail (importers)
Work actively with finance to secure attractive partners finance offering and proactive payment collection
Responsible and supporting commercial trainings and product presentation to importers
Ensure the sales to order and order to delivery processes, reviewing monthly the sales demand with the markets
Coordinate for monthly/ quarterly business review meeting

Job Overview

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry.

This role will:
• Drive sales performance of UD Trucks to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, mix and profitability, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
