Job Description
• Driving a monthly Business for respective accounts with growth in line with agreed plans, develop & implement the Regional Key Account Plans in line with the overall sales plan
• Planning of Sales strategies on quarterly basis for my respective accounts and Reviewing this weekly to achieve monthly plans
• Ensure on time Stock Estimation, proper Stock Planning based on sales trend and seasonality, account fund management and trade relation
• Responsible for chain-wise growth, planning and delivering business plans for the year.
• Category management and Promotion planning at Regional Level
• Manage a workforce (Key Account Executive, BA Supervisor’s, Merchandiser and BA’s) across the Modern Trade channel
• Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channels.
• Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions
• Ensuring higher Fill rates in direct supply and Distributor Supply
• Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer
• Execute Marketing events and Promotional Programme by conducting brand-wise promotions basis the outlets / Marketing activity calendar
• Submitting NOC’s (No Objection certificate) from Distributors on a quarterly basis
