We have an urgent opening with one of our esteemed client for Area Sales Manager Role for Fragrance Division.

Job description:-

· Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions for new and existing customers that focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio.

· Drive growth to meet or exceed targets and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.

· Develop strong strategic relationships within the customers’ organization including the senior management team, R&D, QA, Marketing and Procurement etc.

· Partner cross-functionally within our organization to optimize the product to be offered to customers.

· Maintain high level of awareness of market trends and competitor activity and develop this knowledge into actionable insights.

· Proactively build and manage robust project pipeline through to commercialization.

· Build relationships with channel partners and ensure that they deliver the desired results, appoint new channel partners wherever necessary.

· Engage and inspire customers to want to partner / do business with our organization.

· Monthly reporting, concept presentation, quality brief generation, effective communication with the customers, updating monthly progress on projects, price negotiation, forming yearly contracts in some cases will be some of the regular activities for this position.

· Build a healthy project pipeline.

· Ensure prompt collection of outstanding.

· Understand and use company tools.

· Liaise with customer service for sales forecast and supplies
