The Area Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing sales in a defined geographic region. The individual will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets and overseeing the implementation of sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing direction and support to ensure their success
• Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to maintain a high level of motivation and product knowledge among the team
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the region
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotions and campaigns to drive sales
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the assigned region
• Experience in Car automobile industries (added advantage)
• Excellent knowledge in Car care products, Car accessories etc
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
• Ability to analyze sales data and use it to make informed decisions
• Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management software.
• Previous experience in Auto Aftermarket sales
