Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in New Delhi, Haryana & Punjab. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of sales representatives
• Excellent knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Fluent in English and Hindi
