Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing territory sales which will be southern part of India and achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and customer retention strategies. Other responsibilities may include creating and implementing sales plans, analyzing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, managing a sales team, and collaborating with other teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales management or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills, and ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to use data to drive sales strategies
• Familiarity with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, and willingness to travel as necessary
• Experience with the ceramics industry or related industry is a plus
