Job Title: SME Territory Manager / Area Manager

Location: Hyderabad, Vijaywada, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi, Rajendra Park - Delhi, Surat, Bangalore RO, Trivandrum, Aurangabad, Nashik, Kolhapur, Nagpur, Jaipur, Chennai RO, and other respective locations.

Job Purpose Statement:
• To develop MSM/SME/Corp. sales business by acquiring new clients.
• To develop and tie-up with Associations at the state or national level for SME/MSME-related business.
• To generate revenue for the Emerging Market vertical.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provide the required support (Product Structure, Underwriting, Placement, Servicing, Claim Management) to locations/regions/states to develop Corporate/SME business.
• Provide support and guidance to scale the SME/OTC line of Business in locations/regions/states.
• Identify clients and generate business from them.
• Structure products and implement processes to scale up the business for all lines of products.
• Identify various Associations (Small Enterprises) at the state or national level to have a strategic tie-up for scaling up the business from the members.
• Responsible for implementing business processes and controls as laid down by the company.
• Adhere to business processes and controls as laid down by the Head Office (HO) and ensure strict compliance with regulations as laid down by IRDA.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SME/Corporate sales and business development.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local markets and associations is a plus
