ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To lead Business Development for multi-category product offerings in Services platform
to increase sales volume, revenue growth.
• Handle a sales team of 80 to 100 and provide requisite support to the team in
negotiation & closure
• Conduct regular outreach through calls / in - person meetings with team
• Achieve monthly targets
• Build effective teams and manage productivity of team members to deliver the results
REQUISITES/PREREQUISITES
• Specifications: Experience in managing large field sales teams and high growth
trajectories for business.
• Sales Acumen: Relevant market knowledge and ability to drive revenue numbers
through various sales channels
• Relationship Management: Ability to drive numbers through retail outlets, customers,
Channel partners and internal team
• Customer orientation: Ability Share insights with the internal sales team and work
closely to solve customer pain points
• Team Management: Ability to manage and build high performing team
• Product orientation/ Process: Ability to share insights on product and process gaps and
drive adoption of digital product platforms.
• Must have 5-8 years of experience of Sales Team Leading
