Job description
1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to drive primary sales of marble or quartz slabs within the designated area. 2. Territory Management: Effectively manage the assigned geographic territory, including identifying target markets, assessing market potential, and allocating resources for maximum impact. 3. Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and builders, to expand the company's customer base and market reach. 4. Channel Management: Develop and manage the distribution channel network within the area, including appointing and managing distributors, dealers, and agents to ensure adequate market coverage and penetration. 5. Demand Generation: Generate demand for marble or quartz slabs through various sales and marketing initiatives, including promotions, events, advertising, and product demonstrations. 6. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team for strategic decision-making. 7. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges. Use sales analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Experience: 1. Sales Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the quartz slabs/luxury surfaces/ceramics/marble industry or related field. 2. Channel Management Experience: Proven track record in managing distribution channels, including distributors, dealers, and retailers.
