CTC : Up to 6.50 LPA + other benefits
Preferredsector : Pharma , Telecom, Insurance, Banking , FMCG , BFSI, Channel sales , Network marketing , Distributor handling
Desired Requirements
• 4+ years in sales or marketing in any field or insurance experiences
• 2+ years work stability
• Good local network
• Relationship building and Team handling required
Roles
• Strategy, Business Planning Analytics
• PL Management, and Persistency.
• Building developing retail distribution channels: Agency, Leadership Model.
• Leading and managing large teams.
• Digital Transformation of customers on-boarding, employee distribution training and governance systems
• Distribution Innovation
• Expertise in driving rapid growth expansion and turnaround situations
• Exceptional people management skills
