Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Selling of Medical Equipment related to Intensive Care Devices & Respiratory Devices-Patient Monitor, ECG machine, CPAP, Nebulizers and medical accessories and supplies in order to generate lead and close the deal - Perform all preventative and corrective maintenance on all equipment required for production facility like Patient monitor, ECG machine, Defibrillator, CPAP, Nebulizers,Ventilator etc - Determine repair and modification work needed on equipment as per equipment modalities regulations and protocols - Ensure that all customer queries are answered and all complaints resolved within minimum time - Troubleshooting on equipment and determining the cause of malfunction - Assisting and consulting dealers / doctors and nursing administration about products, accessories, CMCs, AMCs and medical supplies - Relationship building with key accounts, medical fraternity and channel partners -Responsible for drive the Area sales -Handle dealer...
