EDUCATION
Graduate in any discipline
EXPERIENCE
12- 15 years experience in FMCG industry.
Job responsiblities:-
➢ Responsible for Primary and Secondary Target achievement of the assigned territory.
➢ Monthly Sales planning and forecasting
➢ To aquire knowledge regarding competition product, strategies to counter attack competition in best possible manner.
➢ Allocation of manpower in different areas
➢ Mentor, motivate and guide team members ensuring sales generation and achieving budgeted figures
➢ Training subordinates to develop requisite skills and conduct trainings on products, selling skills etc
➢ To effectively manage the business and achieve targets
➢ Analyzing the sales trends and taking corrective actions where ever necessary
➢ To plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget,sales forecast, sales plan etc
➢ To ensure that all the promotions are within budget.
➢ Developing and maintaining efficient distribution network
➢ Ensuring smooth supplies and timely dispatch of material to distributors
➢ Meeting the revenue and margin targets of the territory
➢ Managing, directing and coordinating the activities of the team .
➢ To ensure that distributors and customers in the region are provided with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales.in the region.
