Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Grow Distribution and market sahre in assigned area
• Capable of hiring and handling of large no of FOS
• Identfy Interact and develop DSA to allign and drive business in market
• Manage relationship with bank key officials and branches
• Draw up local plans post stiudy of market size of assigned geography
• Analyse local competition to study changes in their local and broader strategy and drive counter strategy
• Should be able to device the best methods for communication of plans and targets to DSA team
• Ability to understand and make various sales formats/data
• MBA from tier 1 campus with good academic record
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage situation on the ground
• Should have managed larger team on the ground
• Problem solving abilities with a strong bias for impact
• Strong ethics and discretion while dealing with banks and merchant
• Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantity success relative established targets and metrics
Skills we can’t do without:
• Handle merchant esclation in market & Partner with various internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• Partner with cross functional teams
• Implementation of process and startegy for tracking progress
• 4- 6 years of relevant experience
Skills we’d like:
• Drive hiring of FOS
• Onboard , induction and training to newly hired team
• Coach FOS regularly to allow them to better manage the input and output deliveries
• Manage and reduce attrition
• Drive team level R&R and engagement practice.
