Hiring Area Sales Manager for one of client dealing in paint manufacturing industry!
Job Profile: Area Sales Manager- Wood Coating & Construction Chemicals)
Job Location: Ahmedabad & Indore
Responsibilities:
Handling Sales & Market Development for Wood Coatings & Construction Chemicals achieving primary budget through front line sales personnel.
Achieving Key Contractor Budget for the year through proper contractor engagement program.
Adding Wood Coating Distributors who are suppliers to OEMs/Factories through successful product trials & offering proper rates & service to the Distributor.
Interacting with IDs & their contractors & converting them through proper briefing of product range on offer, successful onsite trials of the products, offering proper price & service.
To improve spread of Wood Coating products through effective network management schemes.
Analyzing market trends & competition activities @ product level & provide suitable feedback & our strategy to counter it.
Tracking competition activities and local market trend.
Expand wide retail distribution network within the territory and implement effective network management schemes.
Will be in charge of independent responsibility of managing the Depot.
