We are Hiring for Area Sales manager- Mortgage Loan.

➡️ Experience:- 6-+ years
➡️ Budget :- upto 15 Lpa
➡️Location:- Delhi
➡️ Responsibility:
- Achieve targets for the Mortgages/Loan against Property business through lead generation and fulfillment from the Open Market and alternate channels
- Supervising DST and DSA team
- Monitoring Branches and setting targets for them
- Develop and Manage DSA Network for mortgage loans in Geographical region
Analyze and formulate the sales plans and strategy and achieve the revenue budget through the team of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager
- Providing training to the channel partners (DSA) for updating the policy changes and to keep them motivated
- Preparing and maintaining various MIS reports for the reference of top management
- Track performance on an ongoing basis with respect to the business plan and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Assists in negotiation of terms and follows through to closing
- Implements procedures and training to prevent frauds
- Understand competitor Bank products and Services property, loans, training, loans against property, business plan, channel partners
- Thoroughly understand the relevant markets with a view to quickly grasp trends and suitable solutions that can be structured for a customer
