Job Responsibilities(JR) : Actionable Business NumbersTo achieve targeted Business volume at given WIRR and CoA. Individual target for all verticals are met.Achievement of Stretch Biz target given by Supervisor in units & volume both.DistributionTo have proper distribution mix between Dealer, DSA, Branch and ADC to maintain channel mix and resultant COA advantage.To achieve agreed business growth & cost advantage from new geographiesTo achieve and maintain agreed market share as a percentage of overall market Business Process and ManagementTAT achievement & FTNR should be maintained as per the mandate set by Senior Management.Focus on both Ops & credit FTNR. Service to channels on timely basis & prompt. PDDsCollection of PDDs as per policy.Mgmt. of Rates / Income Maintain as per guidelines of Product team.Human Resource Ensure team is highly motivated and adequately trained to take up higher challenges. Ensure minimum attrition.Cross SellTo achieve SK penetration CASA / Credit Card As per the mandate target setMfg. / Banking RelationshipTimely visits and healthy relationship with DDSA / Branch and ADC Channels and Regional OEM offices.InventoryTo have coverage of Inventory at all major dealerships and to ensure timely repayments within tranche period as defined and retail conversions of minimum 20% from the dealerships using Inventory limitsCollectionsEnsure monthly review with collections and need to draw action point, to control Cheque bouncing, early delinquency and overall portfolio
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Needs to be sales driven and should have good process orientation.
Prior experience in Retail Asset products would be preferred.
Team handling experience would be desirable.
