Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6)Sourcing files through banks internal and external channels To mentor and guide and jointly participate with his team of sales managers & HBLs in below activitiesSourcing of files through banks internal and external channelsAlong with SM, jointly meet and assist the customer in login to disbursal formalitiesTo liase with customer, operations, credit, cpu to ensure smooth disbursal of the caseAssist channel in case sourcing by arranging for training at channels on lead sourcing quality, give feedback on leads generated so as to ensure quality of lead generation improves and overall LG to LC ratio improvesEnsure calling on leads received from channels, references received from existing customers.
