Achieve the given budget through team Monitoring dealer activation of all reportees Assigned MS% to be achieved through team by involving with dealers/manufacturers Ensuring RC PDD under control with tolerable limits with SMs/Dealers and corrective action to be taken if breached Motivating team to meet budgets through all channels of Open Market/Branch/Refinance/Repurchase/Top UP Providing timely training to team on Cross-sell, Revenue generation, Portfolio control, managing P&L of location Setting target of whole sale business of team based on market like TA/CC-BG/CF to increase retail penetration and supporting team to achieve results Proper guidance should be given regularly on Policy, Process, System, Bank Ethics, Regulatory norms, Audit process etc to team of SM and Sales Officers Monitoring Delinquency of every locations/Proper precaution actions to be taken on del control/Having cross functional meeting every month to review portfolio Monitoring TAT / Faster service to market / addressing Sales Managers & SO concerns to management Whole sale Business management for the given areas Monitoring income parameters / pay-outs to dealers and sales team Motivating team towards 100% achievement on budgets as well PLP focus
