Area Sales Officer
No. 1 Kadak Chai, under the brand Headlee Green, is a prominent player in the food industry, specializing in tea. We are expanding our reach and seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Officers to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Officer/Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving retail and modern trade sales, building dealer networks, and achieving growth targets in specific regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets in your designated area.
Build and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network.
Manage and expand the customer base in both the retail and modern trade sectors.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure excellent relationship management with dealers and key stakeholders
Candidate Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Must be a graduate.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in spices, pulses, or dry fruits.
Proven track record in sales and distribution management.
Modern Trade Experience: Preferred.
Conveyance: Mandatory for candidates applying for Delhi/NCR.
Skills: Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to take on challenges and drive growth in competitive markets.
