Eligibility Criteria:
● Minimum 1 year of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in Gynecology.
● Mandatory healthcare industry experience and field sales experience.
● Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
● Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
● Onboarding and engaging doctors in the territory.
● Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships.
● Conducting a minimum of 6-7 visits per day, with a target of meeting at least 5 doctors.
● Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.
● Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.
● Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and Outpatient Department (OPD
