Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in doctor/patient onboarding, with a preference for candidates with a background in Gynecology.
Mandatory healthcare industry experience and field sales experience.
Willingness to relocate to the assigned territory.
Strong communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Onboarding and engaging doctors in the territory.
Retaining onboarded doctors and fostering strong relationships.
Conducting a minimum of 6-7 visits per day, with a target of meeting at least 6 doctors.
Assuming responsibility for the entire assigned territory.
Driving patient conversion through effective collaboration with doctors.
Conducting Continuous Medical Education (CME) and Outpatient Department (OPD) modules.
