Area Training Manager - Defence channel
Location: Guwahati
Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate
Requirements:
- Min 5-8 years in preferable in Insurance Sales (Defence Channel).
- Training experience will be preferred.
- Managed ex servicemen/defence personnel (preferable Willingness to travel across states).
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and scheduling Training Calendar of the Region
- Preparing TNA ( Training Needs Analysis) along with the Regional Sales Authority
- Responsible in activation and productivity enabler of FOS
- Responsible for upgradation of knowledge/skill of FOS
- Preparing and supporting all the sales activities of FOS of his/her region
