DFT Lead Engineer :< b> A leading global provider of product engineering and semiconductor design services is looking to hire an exceptional " DFT Lead Engineer" to its rapidly growing organization for its Ahmedabad, Gujarat (India) location. The company's service offerings include digital transformation and connected IoT solutions across various cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. Responsibilities :< b> Hands on experience in various DFT aspects like Scan insertion, MBIST and JTAG, ATPG, Pattern validation at block level as well as Fullchip level. Synopsys tools: DFT MAX, TetraMAX OR Cadence tools: RTL Compiler, Encounter Test OR Mentor Graphics tools: Tessent tool chain, TestKompress Debussy, VCS Questa IUS PT tool from Synopsys.Qualifications :< b> 8 12 years of work experience in VLSI Semiconductor with product or services based company Successfully managed a team of 7 10 people Strong experience with Scan Insertion, MBIST, JTAG, ATPG & Full Chip level is mandatory 3 5 years of Automated Testing Experience (ATE) leading to DFT Engineer would be a huge advantage and highly preferred for an ideal candidate Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering< p>< p
