MUST have a VALID drivers license and a CLEAN driving record
Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
BSIS issued Guard Card and Exposed Firearm Permit required
Minimum of one year of experience in law enforcement, security, or military service, with a demonstrated ability to handle firearms safely and effectively
Must have a duty belt, level 3 duty holster, level 3A body armor, and your own firearm
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
No history of felony convictions or serious misdemeanor offenses
Must have 1 out of the 3: Baton cert, OC Spray cert, or Taser cert
