Job Title: Armed Security Supervisor
Industry: Machine Tools & Equipment Manufacturing
Location: Saswad, Pune
Experience: 1 to 16 Years
Immidiate Joiner are Preffered
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage armed security guards across factory premises, gates, and sensitive areas.
• Ensure strict access control, frisking, visitor management, and vehicle movement monitoring.
• Maintain law and order within the plant and respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and documentation of arms and ammunition as per legal guidelines.
• Conduct regular security drills, training, and briefing sessions for guards.
• Monitor CCTV systems and investigate any suspicious activities.
• Coordinate with local police, fire department, and emergency response teams when required.
• Prepare duty rosters, attendance, and performance reports for security staff.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, statutory security requirements, and industrial security standards.
• Support internal audits, plant inspections, and emergency preparedness programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Ex-serviceman / Armed Forces / Paramilitary / State Armed Police preferred.
• Valid arms handling certification/license as applicable.
• Strong leadership, discipline, and crisis-handling skills.
• Knowledge of industrial security systems, surveillance, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to maintain records and reports.
Preferred Experience:
• Manufacturing plant / industrial security supervision background.
• Experience in handling large teams and high-value assets.
