We are looking for an experienced and creative individual as an Art Teacher to join our institution.
As an Art Teacher, you are responsible for providing guidance to students in activities such as drawing, sketching, coloring as well as painting. You are also responsible for preparing the art curriculum and other relevant course materials. You will be developing students' interest in art.
You should plan classes in accordance with high school level education. You should also provide students with art materials. To be successful in this job role, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related fields. You should also be well versed in various art techniques and methods.
Your ultimate goal in this job role will be to assist and teach students in expressing themselves in the form of art. As an ideal candidate, you should have a keen eye for detail for accuracy. In addition to this, you should be able to solve the problems of the pupils related to artistic improvement.Teaching students to draw and sketch using various sketching techniques.Providing instruction for coloring, painting, and shading using numerous art methods.Staying up to date with the latest modern art techniques and methods.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.
Prior experience working as an Art Teacher or a similar role in the Education Industry.
Strong understanding of modern visual art techniques and methods.
Ability to oversee group activity.
Extraordinary knowledge of modern art and architecture.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
