Job Description
We are currently looking for the role of a Senior Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer
at IMS with a profound experience of 7-10 years.
As a Senior Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer, your goals will be:
• To conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.
• Manage an entire campaign, not just the production of specific pieces, and demonstrate an ability to keep team members working within established deadlines.
• Deciding on visual language for the global market and then tweak/localize them to suit different regions/clusters.
• Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
• Reviewing junior designers’ work to ensure high quality.
• Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval.
• Work along with copywriters, designers, project owners, and insight analysts to come up with innovative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our ongoing projects by adhering to the brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
• To have an eye for detail in design and work towards an on-time delivery of assets.
A day at Maersk:
• Multitasking a wide range of work that ranges from Icon/Logo design to Video development.
• Creates professional designs and layouts for Social Media Posts, Videos, Flyer/Brochure (both digital and print), Advertisements, Posters, Logos, Icons/Illustrations and other visual layouts.
• Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to organization promotion strategies.
What would be your contribution:
• Be a valuable contributor to the brainstorming sessions/ideation process prior to the finalization of concepts.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
• Find smart ways of working than the hard ways to reach the best solution.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Any Graduate/Bachelor of Fine Arts.
• Up to date with industry-leading software like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch (not mandatory).
• Experience in basic video editing skills will be considered a plus.
• Highly proficient in all design aspects.
• Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
