You will also have the opportunity to explore and leverage emerging GenAI tools to enhance creative processes, improve efficiency, and unlock new creative possibilities
Collaborate closely with copywriters to bring concepts to life through sketches, storyboards, and mockups
Develop and maintain a strong creative vision for the the cleint’s brand, ensuring alignment across all content and campaigns
Work hands-on with the team to produce visually stunning and effective marketing materials, from print collateral to video content and digital experiences
Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted creative partner to marketing and product teams
Establish and manage the art pipeline, resolving challenges that arise during production and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
Oversee the development of brand guidelines, style sheets, and mood boards to maintain a cohesive brand identity
Stay on top of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous creative innovation
Utilize GenAI tools where applicable to enhance ideation, streamline production workflows, and push creative boundaries

Location: Grand Rapids, MI – Hybrid/Onsite (2-3x/week)

About the role:

OLIVER is partnering with BISSELL to build an in-house agency that will power the next chapter of its brand storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the creative vision for a global consumer brand with a rich history of innovation. As an Art Director, you will be a key part of the creative leadership, working alongside a talented team of designers, writers, and producers to craft compelling campaigns and content across multiple consumer touchpoints, including digital, social, advertising, retail, and packaging We'd love for you to join us at the forefront of a transformative creative journey—one that blends cutting-edge design, strategic storytelling, and brand-building excellence. What you will be doing:

What you need to be great in this role:
