We are seeking a passionate and skilled Art Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in visual arts and experience working with students. As an Art Teacher at Mindart Studio, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality art instruction, developing creative lesson plans, and providing a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement art lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Teach various art techniques and mediums, including drawing, painting, watercolor, digital art, and more
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve their artwork
• Organize and prepare art supplies and materials for classes
• Evaluate student progress, maintain records of their development, and provide feedback to parents
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other teachers to ensure a collaborative and positive educational experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in various art mediums and techniques
• Previous experience working with students in an art studio or educational setting is preferred
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching students of all ages

Compensation:
• Full-time: $48,000 annual base + bonus + benefits
• Part-time: $60/ class (1.5 hours)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 6 – 40 per week
