3SQUARES ART STUDIO is looking for a vibrant, high-stamina Art Party Leader to join our team. This is a high-visibility, high-energy role that is the "heartbeat" of our children's birthday celebrations.
We aren't just looking for an instructor; we are looking for a host who can relate to our young artists (ages 5–13) and their families. Our studio is a fast-paced, colorful environment where personality is everything.
Why This Role is Unique:
This is a physically active and social role. You will be on your feet, moving quickly, and leading high-energy activities like Slime-making, Splatter painting, and Tie-Dye. You must be able to match the excitement levels of 20+ children simultaneously!
What We Are Looking For:
Relatability & Energy: You must have a "magnetic" personality. We need someone who can engage children and parents with ease, warmth, and a professional, polished appearance.
Physical Stamina: This role requires you to be "on stage" for 2–4 hours at a time, moving between stations, assisting children, and managing the high-speed flow of a party.
Exceptional Communication: Clear, enthusiastic English is a must for entertaining and instructing.
Maturity & Reliability: While we need high energy, we also need professional maturity to handle logistics, parent requests, and studio safety.
Local to the North Shore: Preference is given to candidates who live in North/West Vancouver to ensure traffic never interferes with a child's big day.
