Location: Wakad, Pune
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive art lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
2. Demonstrate and provide guidance on different art mediums and tools.
3. Inspire and motivate students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills.
4. Provide constructive feedback and encourage students' artistic growth through individual and group critiques.
5. Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages experimentation and self-expression.
6. Incorporate art history and appreciation into lessons to develop students' understanding of different art styles and movements.
7. Organize and participate in art exhibitions, showcases, and competitions to showcase students' work.
8. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art across the curriculum and promote cross-disciplinary projects.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
2. Previous experience as an Art Teacher or a strong background in the visual arts.
3. Proficiency in various art techniques, including drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Passion for art and a genuine interest in nurturing students' creativity.
6. Strong organizational skills to plan and manage art projects, exhibitions, and events.
7. Familiarity with art history, art theory, and different art styles.
8. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to express themselves.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: From ₹30,000.00 per month
