Audit: GST Audits, Statutory & Tax Audit, Internal Audit and other Audits of Companies.
ROC Compliance: Filing of various ROC Forms, Annual Returns, Company Incorporation.
Direct & Indirect Taxes: Preparation of GST Computations & Returns, IT Assessments (Demands & Refunds), Income Tax Returns, GST Returns and TDS Returns.
Finance: Preparation of Project Reports, CMA Reports etc.
Other Related Task: Accounting, Reconciliations, Registration's like MSME, Shop Establishments, GST Registration etc.
Required Basic Knowledge: Indian Accounting Standards, Income Tax Act, GST Act, Companies Act, MCA Compliances, Tally, MS Word and Excel
