Ours is a nearly four decade old bangalore based Chartered Accountants firm which has been consistently turning out CAs who start their careers with us. It is matter of pride for us to state that all those who started their careers in our organization either as trainees or audit assistants are doing extremely well, with some of them heading their respective departments in reputed companies. The following placements are available.
ARTICLED TRAINEE
This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Clerk at Balu & Anand located in Bengaluru. The Articled Clerk will be responsible for assisting in Audit, Tax Compliance and litigation matters along with legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing administrative support to the Seniors. The Articled Clerk will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience and learn from experienced CAs and Advocates in a professional work environment. In this program they will be exposed to all aspects of accounting, auditing, company law and taxation matters. They will have hands on exposure to compliance with regard to auditing, preparation of financial statements, preparation of minutes of meeting, documentation connected to holding general meetings of shareholders, filing of GST and income tax returns of individuals firms, charitable trusts and local and multinational companies, Transfer Pricing and other international tax requirements.
Academic Qualifications
A pass in the Intermediate Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and be eligible to be registered as an Articled Trainee under the CA Regulations for the time being.
Expectations
Basic knowledge of Accounting, Auditing and Taxation concepts and procedures
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Reasonable working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to communicate in Hindi and Kannada is a plus,
