We are currently looking for to create a Central AI (Artifical Intelligence) team and looking for AI/ML Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms that enable businesses to make data-driven decisions
The position reports to the Global Head of Operations & Strategy, based in Chennai - India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collecting and analyzing data: They identify and gather relevant data from various sources, clean and preprocess the data to remove errors or inconsistencies, and create data pipelines to feed the machine learning algorithms.
• Building models: They design and develop machine learning models and algorithms using tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, among others. They use statistical analysis, deep learning, and other techniques to create models that accurately predict outcomes.
• Testing and refining models: They test and refine models to improve their accuracy and performance. They also evaluate the effectiveness of models and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Deploying models: They deploy models in production environments and integrate them with other software applications. They also monitor and maintain the models to ensure they continue to perform effectively.
• Collaborating with other teams: They collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that machine learning models are aligned with business objectives.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends: They keep up-to-date with the latest developments in AI/ML by attending conferences, reading journals, and participating in online forums.
• Communicating with stakeholders: They communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, such as business executives and project managers.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other programming languages
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka is a plus.
