We are currently looking for to create a Central AI (Artifical Intelligence) team and looking for an AI Researcher is responsible for conducting research on artificial intelligence, developing new algorithms, and advancing the state of the art in the field
The position reports to the Global Head of Operations & Strategy, based in Chennai - India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifying research opportunities: They identify research opportunities and formulate research questions that can advance the state of the art in artificial intelligence.
• Designing and conducting experiments: They design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate new algorithms. They use statistical analysis and other techniques to analyze experimental results.
• Developing new algorithms: They develop new algorithms that solve complex problems and enable machines to learn and make decisions based on data.
• Publishing research findings: They publish research findings in academic journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly publications. They also present their research findings at conferences and workshops.
• Collaborating with other researchers: They collaborate with other researchers to develop new algorithms and advance the state of the art in artificial intelligence.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest research: They keep up-to-date with the latest research in artificial intelligence by reading journals, attending conferences, and participating in online forums.
• Applying research findings to real-world problems: They apply research findings to real-world problems, such as natural language processing, computer vision, robotics, and autonomous systems.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and/or deep learning
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Record of research publications in AI and machine learning journals and conferences
