Job Description
The Artist Manager will oversee the 360° management of
NBC Music's artistic and operational ecosystem along with an existing team. You'll be involved in everything from traveling to gigs/concerts with the team with shoot coordination to business development, client meetings, and brand collaborations-ensuring smooth execution and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage calendars, schedules, and follow-ups for the artist and team
• Coordinate rehearsals, shows, studio sessions, travel, and content shoots
• Represent the band in meetings with clients, wedding planners, event companies, and agencies
• Explore and initiate business development opportunities in events, brand partnerships, and new markets
• Plan and supervise branding, PR, and promotional campaigns in coordination with creative teams
• Ensure seamless communication across internal departments-creative, tech, production, and logistics
• Oversee execution of key projects, ensuring timelines and quality are met
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for content, performance design, and audience engagement
• Support social media and content teams with on-ground execution and logistics
