• Currently associated with Merchant Records.
• His work blends Hip-hop, Qawwali, Pop, and Rock with acoustic and folk elements, delivering both emotion and authenticity.
???? What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a passionate, music-loving professional who can take Poet Shaf’s brand to the next level. You’ll work closely with our creative team (The Webdope) and be the front-facing connection for collabs, gigs, partnerships, and brand deals.
Role Includes:
• Networking with music venues, brands, and agencies.
• Pitching Poet Shaf for events, podcasts, festivals, and campaigns.
• Securing paid gigs and sponsorships.
• Managing communication, follow-ups, and partnership documentation.
• Building relationships with media and artist platforms.
???? Compensation:
This is a commission-based opportunity. You earn a percentage on every deal/gig/sponsorship/brand collab you close.
???? Upon a 3-month performance review, a fixed monthly compensation can be discussed and offered based on performance and value delivered.
This is perfect for someone already in the music/entertainment scene, or an emerging manager looking to build their roster.
