Arts Coordinator
We are seeking to appoint a skilled administrator to coordinate our co-curricular Arts programmes and events. This role will be 28 hours per week (during College term time only), commencing as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support the College’s Arts programme by assisting the organisers to achieve accurate communication as well as the smooth and timely management of all such co-curricular activities.

It is a fully co-education, IB World School in the eastern suburbs of Wellington, New Zealand, and comprises three schools in one: Junior (Years 1-6), Middle (Years 7-10), and Senior (Years 11-13). As our ideal candidate, you must have a passion for the Arts, excellent administration skills, and good connections in the arts community. You will be a forward thinking, innovative thinker, willing to participate in the development and execution of a vision for the future of the Arts at Scots College. You will be well used to working in a dynamic environment and enjoy the challenges of event and programme planning and implementation.
