Artwork Coordinator - Part time role

(6 month Fixed Term Contract with option to extend)

The successful candidate can be based anywhere in Australia (virtual role), if based in Sydney could make use of our office space in Belrose (Northern Beaches). We have an opportunity available for an experienced Artwork Co-ordinator to join our growing organisation. This is a part time role for 24 hours (3 days) per week.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the focus of this position is the coordination of Artwork amendments prior to TGA/Medsafe submission and Artwork Control/Approval prior to Manufacturing implementation. Management of documentation associated with all artwork changes for TGA / Medsafe compliance, rejection and disposal of superseded versions of artwork materials.

Duties:

Review / Amend artwork mock-ups and coordinate timely approval of modified artwork with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, or Customers as applicable.

Create outlines of approved artwork prior to liaising with external suppliers to generate and approve printer proofs.

Manage controlled documentation such Artwork Authorisation Forms and Records of Artwork Destruction and maintain electronic artwork version control system and hard copy files.

Ensure Change Request Notices are raised

Obtain new die lines from suppliers and collaborate with Graphic Agencies to finalise new artwork

Skills & Experience required:

+ 3 years of professional experience preferred

Computer literacy (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe in Design, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel and Word)

Excellent Administrative and Organisational Skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Teamwork / Collaboration with Internal and External Stakeholders

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to follow protocols, prioritise workflow and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

High attention to detail and ability to conceptualize/brainstorm new ideas

Proficiency with Mac and PC operating systems and software

Previous experience in Graphic Design/Packaging and a Pharmaceutical Regulated Environment

Knowledge of multiple print processes would be an advantage
