Job Description
Head - Planning- Planning professional having hands on experience of 15+ years in real estate sector required for overall project planning, coordination and controls during execution and handover stage.- This role will require an individual to lead a team comprising of planners and be in close coordination with site team, functional departments & management and act as a single point of contact for all key information, decision and direction related to the projects.- Leading the team at Central level comprising of planners and coordinators for all projects across regions for both pre-construction and under construction projects- To finalize master level schedule for each project and have it signed off- To review and monitor progress across projects against finalized schedules, customer commitments & B Plan and apprise stakeholders over potential risks / threats and plans to achieve in a pro-active manner- To implement decisions and directions, as and when issued by management, across...
