Position - AR-VR Experience Developer (Should have Excellent communication skills)
Experience - 3 to 6 yrs (Freshers or less than 3 years experienced candidates, please don't apply)

Notice Period- Immediate to 45 days
Job Summary:
We seek a creative, technically driven, passionate individual to join our Content Development and eLearning team as an AR-VR Experience Developer. He/She will be responsible for developing highly
engaging and best-quality experiences by using various AR-VR tools, while collaborating with our
interdisciplinary team of developers, designers and creative professionals to meet client and end user needs
across various industries and verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build visually engaging and immersive AR/VR experiences using our proprietary platform
(training provided) and other XR tools like Unity and Unreal Engine.
Translate client needs and experience objectives into exceptionally functional, intuitive and
esthetically beautiful UI solutions.
Understand user psychology to help identify ways for solving various UX problems across
devices and browsers.
Deliver high quality experiences within the communicated timeline of the project.
Adopt methods for rapid prototyping of experiences and effectively implement feedback and
revision requests to meet client expectations.
Identity technical issues/blockers and report them efficiently on the given portal while striving to
find alternate solutions for the same.
Requirements:
3+ years of professional work experience in Game Design, Content Development, UI/UX Design or similar fields.
Relevant Experience and Skills:
Experience with automation, using and setting up rule-based/ variable-based logic systems.
Experience using content development platforms/authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline,
Adobe Captivate, etc.
Experience using Figma.
Experience in using Unity along with C# (C-sharp) coding.
Ability to learn new tools and skills quickly, and transfer those to others as well.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, without sacrificing quality of
work.
Experience with 3D modeling tools, Blender preferred.
Proficient in English language, both written and oral.
