As the Deposit Sales professional in our Wealth Management Solutions team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm
Job responsibilities
Prepare daily deposit solutions rates and distribute to advisors community
Prepare presentation materials for Senior Management meetings and Client pitches
Maintain all marketing materials to ensure contents are updated and disclaimers are accurate and prepare excel reports including client/markets participation rate, distribution list of securities in demand bi-weekly, analyze and identify SL revenue opportunities
Assist in sales support for the Securities Lending/Deposit Practice business within the Asia Private Bank franchise
Maintenance of Banking Products process flow documentation of end-to-end system workflow.
Assist in SL account onboarding, maintain onboarding checklist, follow up with advisors/internal stakeholders (i.e. account onboarding team)/external stakeholders (i.e. HKIRD)
Coordinating with internal stakeholders (i.e. Business Management, Marketing team, Product Management team, Treasury team and etc.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2+ years of experience within financial services, preferably supporting the Banking business
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, e.g. Power point, Excel, Word
Detailed oriented and meticulous in submitting deliverables in a timely manner and follow up.
Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ownership of issues to resolution and knowing when to seek help/escalate
Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate problems and solutions
Team player with positive attitudes towards new tasks, dealing with obstacles in daily tasks, details oriented and willingness to put in additional efforts
