What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing junior engineers and leading the design, implementation, verification, and physical synthesis of NVM controllers for OTP and MTP products at advanced technology nodes.
Providing digital guidance for new product developments, ensuring robust architecture and innovative solutions.
Managing the maintenance and enhancement of digital control blocks, chip test systems, circuit models, and design-for-test circuits.
Participating in all phases of the ASIC design cycle, including architecture definition, modeling, RTL coding, verification, synthesis, and place & routing.
Delivering technical support to internal teams, application engineers, and customers during product integration phases.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize design flows and ensure seamless integration of digital components.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives and promoting best practices in digital design and verification methodologies.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience in digital ASIC design and development.
3+ years of experience managing or mentoring engineers in a related field.
Expertise in Verilog, digital verification, and synthesis methodologies.
Familiarity with place & routing and Synopsys tools such as VCS, Formality, and CustomCompiler.
Strong understanding of NVM controller architectures and advanced technology nodes.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize digital systems for testability and performance.
