In this role, you will:
Partner with analog designers, digital designers, digital verification engineers, and analog DFT specialists to develop a comprehensive verification test plan
Working with digital and analog design primes, digital verification primes, and senior DFT advisor to validate in simulation on-die test infrastructure before releasing the netlist to layout
Participating in design reviews and providing testability feedback
Creating robust testbenches, regression-ready test cases, scripts, and algorithms derived from analog specifications
Building and automating workflows through scripting for increased productivity and efficiency
Debugging and troubleshooting test failures to identify root causes
Optimizing test solutions to improve yield and reduce test time
Participating in test data analysis to ensure accurate and repeatable test coverage
Assisting in the development and release of ATE test programs for mass production
Assisting the test house in validating imported test cases on the ATE for package and wafer testing
Coordinating and delivering concise status reports at various stages of development
Staying updated with emerging testing technologies and methodologies
Proficiency in writing C programming and System Verilog code
Experience in developing test logs and related tools using C programming
Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and ATE test program development
Strong capability in test plan creation and implementation
Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot test failures independently, with minimal or no supervision
